The Shipping Process

We pack and ship with great care and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since the prints we sell are not technically new, and they were hand-signed and numbered, they may have small creases and bent edges. This cannot be avoided entirely. We will make every effort to send prints as near to new as possible.

Packaging

Prints will be rolled and inserted into a protective plastic cover with the letter of authenticity. They are then placed in a cardboard tube which is then placed inside a standard-sized shipping box.

We will combine similar items in one shipment whenever possible.

Shipper

As we do not charge the customer for shipping domestically, we reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipper and shipping speed. For expedited shipping or shipping outside of the contiguous states, please contact us via the contact form prior to ordering, and we will create a custom shipping option for you on the checkout page.

Delivery

Typical delivery times coast-to-coast is 5-7 business days. Holiday seasons or unexpected weather conditioned can impact delivery schedules. We ship items once per day.

Easy Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with an order, you may send it back to us for reimbursement and/or exchange. Our shipping address is listed on our Contact page. Upon receipt we will inspect the item and then issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

Privacy Policy

We do not process payment data on our site. We use Paypal for processing all payment information (Paypal also supports standard credit cards). Please contact Paypal directly for any concerns regarding the storage of payment information.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Please note that we sell limited production items that we warehouse in limited quantities. Once the product is sold out, there are no options to acquire more.
